The Wellbeing Campus is a creative, non-profit community project delivering daily yoga classes, well-being courses, retreats, workshops, events and more. 

Our aim is to positively influence the mental health and overall well-being of the local community through sharing the ancient teachings of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. 

We are working on building a self-sustainable model whereby the revenue we generate helps us serve those in the community struggling with stress, anxiety, chronic illness and social isolation. 


One-to-one, group and corporate wellness programs are available - programs that combine ancient wisdom with research-led practice in order to achieve lasting changes to the health and well-being of those in the community.



Mindfulness training can have a hugely beneficial impact on a range of different issues in life. We offer several evidence-based mindfulness programs that are knownn to significantly improve the lives of those experiencing suffering. Clinical trials have shown that mindfulness meditation can be as effective as prescription painkillers, and can enhance the body’s natural healing mechanisms. Mindfulness can also reduce the anxiety, depression, irritability, exhaustion, and insomnia that arises from chronic pain and illness.

Our teachers are registered mindfulness practitioners and have undergone in-depth, rigorous training with internationally recognised organisation Breathworks. They are qualified to teach mindfulness approaches in two main areas: Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Health.

Happiness is a skill. This is what the ancient practice of mindfulness teaches, and what modern psychology research has shown. The wonderful thing is that this skill, just like driving or dancing, can be learned, and it can stay with you for a lifetime.

This 8-week course, taught by an experienced teacher in a supportive and friendly group setting, will teach you how to boost your happiness and well-being, find new sources of resilience, joy, and calm in your life, and to cope with stress, anxiety, fear, and depression. You will learn the foundational skills of mindfulness, compassion, and meditation, and how to apply them in your life in a way that really makes a difference.

Mindfulness for Health is a unique meditation programme developed by Vidyamala Burch to help her cope with severe pain and health complications following two major spinal injuries. She is now living a rich and fulfilling life, with more well-being than ever. The course has been backed with huge amounts of research, and changed the lives of thousands of people.


We offer one-to-one support for those struggling with the likes of anxiety, depression, stress or chronic health conditions. Our mindfulness teachers are fully trained and experienced in working with clients in a more interpersonal and in-depth manner. This type of support may be suitable for those wanting to explore how the principles and practice of mindfulness can be applied to specific issues they may be facing.
