KUNDALINI YOGA
Kundalini focuses on the awakening and movement of kundalini energy within the body, which is believed to be the source of spiritual power and enlightenment. It involves a mixture of movement, chanting, meditation and powerful breathing practices. It’s often referred to as “the yoga of enlightenment”. Research suggests that regular practice of kundalini yoga can improve focus, concentration, and clarity of thought, as well as reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, kundalini yoga has been found to help improve sleep quality and reduce inflammation.
