Welcome to our Mindfulness for Health course, designed to help you manage pain and chronic health conditions using a mix of mindfulness, meditation, and modern pain management strategies. Mindfulness experts have created and refined these techniques after suffering from chronic pain and health problems themselves.

The Course

This 8-week course requires 20 minutes of daily meditation, weekly or fortnightly sessions with your group and teacher, and a little reading every week. You will receive 20 hours of class time, including in-depth teaching, guided meditation, discussion, and help with your home practice.

This course is ideal for those who are struggling with pain and chronic health conditions and want to learn mindfulness techniques to manage them effectively.
