MINDFULNESS FOR HEALTH
Welcome to our Mindfulness for Health course, designed to help you manage pain and chronic health conditions using a mix of mindfulness, meditation, and modern pain management strategies. Mindfulness experts have created and refined these techniques after suffering from chronic pain and health problems themselves.

The Course
This 8-week course requires 20 minutes of daily meditation, weekly or fortnightly sessions with your group and teacher, and a little reading every week. You will receive 20 hours of class time, including in-depth teaching, guided meditation, discussion, and help with your home practice.
